Conditioning: Back by popular demand!  The last two conditioning classes have had a great turnout so it is back for another month.  This month it will be a Valentine’s conditioning class.  It will take place on Saturday, February 13th at 10am.  All GB students are welcome to bring their “special someone” with them to the class.

BJJ for MMA: Another class that showed great success last month.  Everyone loved this class last month so we are bringing it back for round two.  This month the class will be on Wednesday, February 24th at 8pm.  We look forward to seeing even more students this month.
