February is over and as we enter the month of March we have a lot of news to bring!  Read on to see what’s in store for Gracie Barra students and family this month.

Professor Ze Radiola of Gracie Barra Recife will be staying with us until Thursday, he is one of Gracie Barra’s top professors and has trained stars such as Braulio and Vitor Estima, Otavio Sousa and Lucas Rocha, we are very happy to have him here at GB Irvine

Buddy week will be from March 15th to March 20th.  This whole week you can bring your friends and family in to train the Fundamentals program with you!

Take Down Class: On March 24th at 8pm we will be have a special Take Down Class for our Advanced students and above, this is a great opportunity for everyone especially those who are going to be competing in the upcoming tournaments!!

Rape Safety class:  On March 27th we will be hosting a rape safety class.  This class will show GB Women how important Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is in real life scenarios.  After the class there will be a potluck style breakfast.  Bring your favorite Saturday morning food to share with the other ladies.
