This is Marcio here writing to let you all know that Professor Kayron Gracie just won a super fight here in Houston. He did an amazing display of technique pulling guard, sweeping, passing the guard and submiting his opponent with a side mount lapel choke. We are heading to have lunch now.

---Beloved parents & students!
We will be hosting a special parents and kids class next month! All of our GB Youth are welcome to bring their parents on the mats for this class. Also, if you are a member of our adult program, and have a son or daughter 3-12 years of age, you are welcome too! The class will involve a few fun techniques and drills that will make for a great bonding experience with our children. Remember the relationship is not restricted to parents and kids, if you have an aunt, uncle, brother, sister etc relationship that involves one adult and one kid, the class is for you! There is nothing we love more than to see families sharing the gift of BJJ.
We will be having refreshments and snacks for all the participants following the class. Special promotion will be given to all attendees that want to start their training! Please check out the schedule below!
