First off we want to wish everyone a Happy New Year!  2010 is going to be a great year for Gracie Barra.  Read on to find out what we have in store for our students this week as well as the rest of the month.

This month we have two special classes available for our students:

- Conditioning:  The conditioning class will be on Monday, January 11th at 8:00PM during our Fundamentals class time.

- BJJ for MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) – This class will be offered on Wednesday, January 27th at 8:00PM during our advanced class time.  We will practice some great BJJ techniques while considering how an MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) opponent will attack.  This will give us a great perspective on how to apply our BJJ techniques in  MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) situations.  The BJJ for MMA class will be for members of the Advanced and Black Belt Programs.
