For kids ages 4-7 it will be on Saturday Sept 11th at 9AM. And for our juniors 8-12 it will be on Saturday Sept 18th at 9AM. All of our GB Youth are welcome to bring their parents on the mats for this class. Also, if you are a member of our adult program, and have a son or daughter 4-12 years of age, you are welcome too! The class will involve a few fun techniques and drills that will make for a great bonding experience with our children. Remember the relationship is not restricted to parents and kids, if you have an aunt, uncle, brother, sister etc relationship that involves one adult and one kid, the class is for you! There is nothing we love more than to see families sharing the gift of BJJ.

RAPE SAFETY!: Our next Rape Safety class will be on Saturday Sept. 25th . We invite all GB Women, friends and family members to join us for this special BJJ self defense class tailored for a women versus a stronger aggressor. For those who are enrolled in our women’s program, you will have the opportunity to see how your hours of dedication on the mats will pay off in a real life situation. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
